Julius Baer opens investment advisory office in Jakarta

Zurich/Jakarta, 4 November 2008 —- Julius Baer, Switzerland’s leading dedicated wealth manager, has opened an investment advisory office in Jakarta: PT. Julius Baer Advisors Indonesia. This step marks another milestone in Julius Baer’s strategy to expand its footprint in key growth markets and demonstrates its commitment to the region. The office is headed by Salina Nordin.

Julius Baer has opened an office in Jakarta, PT. Julius Baer Advisors Indonesia, which will enable Julius Baer to further strengthen its links with local market participants and gather first-
hand information about this dynamic market. This will allow Julius Baer to identify new investment opportunities and render advice to clients from the region.

of the region.
