George J. Zahringer III to join Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management as a Managing Director in New York

Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management today announced that George J. Zahringer III has joined the firm as a Managing Director and Client Advisor. Zahringer will report to G. Haig Ariyan, a Managing Director and New York Regional Executive. He will be based in the Bank’s U.S. headquarters at 60 Wall Street.

Zahringer has over 30 years of financial services experience and joins the firm from Bear Stearns where he was a Senior Managing Director. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of The Chrysler Corporation, Remington Arms and NewPage Corporation. In addition, he was the 2002 USGA mid-amateur champion and a member of the 2003 U.S. Walker Cup team.

“We are extremely pleased to add someone of George’s caliber to our franchise,” said Thomas Bowers, Head of the U.S. Private Wealth Management Division. “His deep relationships with the financial sponsor community will be key to leveraging synergies with the Global Banking and Global Markets divisions of Deutsche Bank.”

Zahringer earned a BA from Stonehill College and an MS in Finance from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
